So apparently no one can see the autocross video (weird, because I have no issues whatsoever, and no, I don't have a mac....). But clearly, it is where he is hosting it. So... I am downloading it, and will host it on our site. It will be a decent-sized file, but hopefully it will work that way. Because you REALLY have to see this. I raced again today, my coach being a national champion woman driver. Damn. She was FAST; she held the top PAX (your time gets adjusted by a factor based on the kind of car you drive)for about half the day. She was FAST. AND a fantastic coach. I had one run where something really good happened, and I popped a good run. Not hugely spectacular, but for me, REALLY good. It was a big event, so we only got 4 runs in, which is too bad, as I think I could have gone faster. But, damn, I had FUN. And I went (for me) fast. Heck, I was only 6 seconds behind Mr. V., and he was running the Franken-Miata. And I was 10 seconds behind the fastest driver of the day. That is not too bad for me. I'm pleased. And I'm working on the video.
