skibigsky's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Back from Pocatello Yeah, I've been away for a long time. Again. We had a big race in Pocatello, ID, this last weekend, and Mr. V. and I went up in the 5th wheel with the Mini Cooper. We had 2 other guys driving the car, and we all worked well as a team. The weather sucked the first two days, and was great the last day. Me? I totally spun the car once (never done that before), and had one of the best runs of my life, ending up 4.5 seconds (my closest ever) behind Mr. V. Mr. V. won his class, and was in the top 10 in adjusted time. Great weekend, other than almost losing our truck tires (factory defect) on the drive back, making us stay in Idaho for an extra day so we could drive back safely.
